How to use MS Word as Editor in Smart Forms

hello community!

I want to activate the MS Word Editor for Text-Editing in Smart Forms

I found the following Link: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=77987849

I tried ot activate the MS Office Editor in the I18N but when I try to do so I get the message: "MS Word is a default editor now. Please read SAP Note 742662."

the the note tells me that it shold be like that because of our system release.

Nevertheless I still have the old editor in my smartforms..... any hints?

Hi,

Goto tcode SE38.

Execute program name "RSCPSETEDITOR"

select checkbox for smartforms and sap script.

And activate.

Then check your MS word editor is activated in smartforms.

perfect, thanks! it worked.... although the system should be there by default with our support level I had to start this report manually.

Hallo, i have MS word as Editor in Smartforms, but prefer to user the normal Editor,

would you please show me how can I get back to the old/normal smartforms editor?

Execute the program RSCPSETEDITOR and change.

Hi Alexandar,

What is the sap version you are using.it is a an information message just click yes and you can see ms editor in smartforms.
