ERP Purchase order not flowing to SNC

Hello experts,

I created few purchase orders in ERP but those are not reflected in SNC system. I checked XML and the error is "Ship-from location missing".

Hi Gulshan,

You are getting error because of Master data is not maintain.

Check vendor is CIF to SNC:Go to transaction code:/N/SAPAPO/LOC3 and check vendor in ERP PO is maintain in SNC or not.

If vendor is maintained then check BP organization is assigned to vendor.

transaction code:/N/SAPAPO/LOC3 enter vendor code and check BP number field in General tab.

example:1234567890 is vendor then 1234567890 BP organization should be assigned to vendor location.

If BP organization is not created then you need to create manually transaction code:BP (normally BP org for vendor should be same as vendor code)

(Also when you CIF vendor from ECC to SNC there is option to create location and Buinsess partner in SNC.)

Check transportation lane between vendor and plant is created.

Note:All location should be assigned model 000 if it is created manually in SNC.

Once above setting is maintained you can reprocess the failed XML.

In this case check the following

1)Supplier :VEND1_SPU1 is assigned to Model 000 tcode:/N/SAPAPO/LOC3

2)BP Organization is assigned to supplier VEND1_SPU1 tcode:/N/SAPAPO/LOC3 go to general tab and field BP number

3)Check the transportation lane from supplier VEND1_SPU1 to plant SPU1 with model 000 tcode:/N/SAPAPO/SCC_TL1

I checked the settings mentioned in your reply. Vendor, business partner and transportation lane do exists in the APO system. Still error is there..no idea.

Hi Gulshan,

As per your XML error message issue is with ship from location which is your vendor location/BP org and also you have checked vendor location is created (Model :000 is assigned) and assigned with same vendor code business partner organization.

Can you past your failed XML so that i can pinpoint the issue.
