HR Triggers Direct Provisioning

Hi All,

I have configured HR Triggers and able to raise requests successfully. The System do not have indirect provisioning configured.

Now I am unable to add roles in the approval stage, as the action assigned in Request Type is "CHANGE_USER". If I add the action "ASSIGN_ROLES" to request type, the request is not raised with error "Error No role selected for the request".

I want the requests to be raised and approver to add roles in the approve stage. I know that the GRC HR Triggers works best with indirect provisioning. But, is there a way to get this to work.

Hi,

if you are refereing to GRC 10.0

If Your requirement is to set default role the same can be done through NWBC --> Default Role for system option.

Further, as regards to approval and provisioning is conerned the same can be achived by having suitable MSMP workflow taks settings.

I have missed to update that I am using GRC 5.3 SP11

I am not trying to assign default roles.

Problem was solved with adjusting Request Form

Request Form Customization > Roles > Mandatory = No
