How to change the interface of NWBC

I would like to change the background of NWBC for example to add a logo, change colors modify the interface the problem is that I do not find how.

You can not change the colors or really manipulate the interface of the NWBC. There is no themeing support for the NWBC. As the linked document describes you can add a company logo in the blue navigation bar on the left side. This logo is specified via a table entry in table NWBC_CFG. In the NAME column use BRANDING_IMAGE. In the VALUE column supply a URL (can be the local MIME Repository) for the Image you want to display. This is detailed with some example configuration in section 4.6 of the NWBC online help (which is available when you choose Help->SAP NWBC Help from within the NWBC).
