Completing Change Requests in Solution Manager

I am trying to complete (close) some change requests within Solution Manager. These changes have been migrated to production. The issue is that the transports imported with errors (as expected) in the lower environments. This seems to be preventing me from closing the change request. The CR is looping when I "confirm the successful test". Any thoughts?

In the task list you will find an action "Correct import manually".

Mark those transport requests, which ended with RC > 4, but don't have to be imported.

For this purpose you should select the client and system, too.

Recheck your correction afterwards. You should be able to confirm and close the corrections, now.

Appendix:

you should also decide how to handle those transport requests in the import queue of QAS or PRD-system,

which have been marked as 'corrected manually'.

It not possible for me to give a general recommendation for this purpose without knowing more details of the way you're using ChaRM.
