vk 11 condition record for Higher secondary education cess gives error mess

Can any one solve my problem...?

I have created a new condition type by copying MWST condition type and named it as ZJHE (higher secondary education cess) with tax category and taxclassification in V/06 as "TAX". Then I have input the values for condition record in VK11.

__Inputs are__

Material tax classification: 1(Full Tax)

Customer Tax classification : C (normal tax with C form)

Country: India

Tax code : Respective tax code.

Validity period : later date.

when trying to save, it gives the error message that "Table 002 is not defined for use with condition type JIVC"

(JIVC and JIVP are the taxcategories for CST and VAT maintained in Customer master and in material master)

How can I resolve this issue..?

Hi,

Go to T.Code V/07, select your access sequence and click on accesses on the left window. Then select table 002 in the access seq and click on "Fields" on the left side and save. You dont need to add or delete anything. Just open that screen and save. This will activate the fields and table.

The reason it is giving that error could be because the fields and table have not been activated. Do as I said and revert in-case the issue still persists.

In V/06, check what access sequence (on top right) is assigned to ZJHE
