user wants to edit the quantity while creating proforma invoice.

how to do that.

Apart from the suggestions already given, maintain K for the field Billing Relevance to your item category in VOV7

Yes Its possible provided the User has the authorization, or under status profile scrutiny.

Please use "VF01" select Billing type field . select F5 / F8, for Proforma Invoice w.r.t Order / Delivery Doc., then change the quantity before pressing enter or execution, tnhen save it.

In VF01, after entering billing type and Order number, do not hit enter key. Find a "Selection list" icon and you can change qty there.

Hello,

Try with the selection list in VF01. Input the dpcument number, select it and click the Selection list, it will get all the line items and qty to be billed, try to change the qty....

I am not sure, but worth to do a test....
