Hi there,

The IBASE component is stored in table IBIN, and the texts in IBINTX.

This is part of a greater structure of tables, all joined together by GUIDs. It's a CRM nightmare!

Good luck,

Hey Sivagami,

Here is the relation between Support Msg and Ibase component....

Every Support Msg has something called as GUID which uniquely identfies a Suppport Msg...

We can get this GUID from Table crmd_orderadm_h....Just pass the request id.....

Now pass this guid to FM CRM_REFOBJ_READ_OW to get ibase and ibase component....

Reward for usefull answer,,,,

Anand...

Hello Sivagami,

IN the support desk, the system landscape has to be defined as a Ibase installation. For each system a seperate text compnent is created and you can create the same formthe following menu.

SAP Menu -> Masterdata --> Installation --> Create Installation or IB51 tcode is also the one.

To maintain it the tcode IB52 is used .

Let me know if this answer is helpful.
