Copy Control - Sales Doc To Sales Doc - PO Item Number (VBAP-POSEX)

Hello,

We are creating a Sales Order (SalesDocTyp = OR) with Reference to Scheduling Agreement with Release (SalesDocTyp = LZ). The Item Category in the Source is ZZL3. The Item Category Proposal in the Target is TAS...

The requirement is for the Customer's PO Item Number from the Scheduling Agreement Item (Order Data tab) be copied over to the Sales Order Item (Order Data tab)

Current Config (VTAA) for Target OR, Item Cat TAS and Source LZ, Item Cat ZZL3 is set as follows:

Copying Requirements: 303 -Always an Item

Copying Requirements for data transfer VBAP: 151 -General Item Data

Copying Requirements for transferring business data: 102 -Bus.data/item compl.

Copying Requirements for partner data VBPA: 002 -Partner item

Copying requirements for data transfer FPLA: 251 -Conditions

Update Document Flow: X

Pricing Type: A - Copy Price components and redetermine scales

All other fields are blank

I noticed that the code for the 151 routine contains a lot of VBAP fields... but POSEX is not one of them...

Please advise.

Use t.code VOFM -> Menu Data transfer ->Orders. Here copy the routine 151 and create a new routine, for example 951 and add the required codings in it to copy the PO item number. Then add this new routine in VTAA at item level copying routine for data transfer field. You may need developer key to develop the new routine in VOFM and you can obtain the key through SAP market place at https://websmp209.sap-ag.de/
