DSM interface error from wpintegration.js

Hi folks.

(this was also posted under portal implementation but I'm not sure actually the best forum, sorry for duplicates)

I get the following Popup when trying to reach a transaction in an integrated ITS on SRM 4.0 f r o m the Portal:

WPINTEGRATION.JS could not find SAPWF_sendSessInfo() to send " + curService + "'s SessInfo to DSM.\nPortal's DSM Interface might have changed. ");

WSINTEGRATION.JS is part of BBPGLOBAL ...

This is since we changed the ITS server properties from the Sandbox machine to the Dev machine.

Anyone have seen this or have any tips that would be greatly appreciated.

(The SRM transactions works very well, but the popup is very anoying obviously)

Thank you for your answer.

I have seen that message and believe we are following the correct way of doing things. Also it seems that I get exactly the same popups both from within the portal but also when I access the ITS directly.

So it seems it is not a problem related to the Portal but instead the ITS configuration somehow.

Anyone got any tips?

Is it something in the ICM?

I'm lost here so any help is highly appreciated and greatly rewarded
