Problem downloading project from RMMAIN and opening in MS Project 2010

Hi I saw that another person posted something similar a couple weeks ago.

I tried downloading a project using transaction RMMAIN going to Roadmap --> Download --> MS Project Version.

Unfortunately the task names are missing, though the WBS seems to come through.

I tried looking at various OSS notes. There were no patches, only instructions for how to set up SAP information in MS Project; I followed the instructions verbatim to no avail.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

i was having the same problem and been searching for the solution for long time.
