performance trace activation

Hello,

I'm trying to activate the performance trace for a portal system (netweaver 7.0).

ccms agent is installed correctly, portal system is shown in CEN (i.e. rz21/rz20)

But the trace config page in visual admin (Visual Administrator - server - services - Performance Tracing - Trace Config) is entirely blank (no jdbi trace, sat trigger, jms service, ... checkboxes for activation)

any hint what I am missing?

Hi Manuel,

You should check the trace in LOGVIEWER. Other than VIsual Admin, there is a another file to open STANDALONE LOG VIEWER which gives more information.
