Foreign trade data

Hello,

Can anyone please tell the concept of foreign trade data and how it can be used in sap at various levels such as sales order, delivery and invoice? Also please provide the details of how sales orders can be blocked and released when the export control data is not in place.

Also please provide the configuration steps for foreign trade from sd side.
