No work item found after SC approve

Dear All,

We are working on SRM 7.0 patch level 11. I have a problem in one workflow .

I use WS14000109 n-step approval for creating SC. While the status is in "awaiting for approval" , i can see the work item for workflow in BBP_PD, everything fine. After SC is approved and the status turns out to "approved", and when i check BBP_PD again i see that there is no work item.

I've checked the workflow from SWUD --> Problem: Workflow is hanging --> Consistency check for components

i see that WS14000108 is in red.. I tried to correct it via fm SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 but no way.. still red. Is there any additional thing that i can do /check ?

I will appreciate any suggestion..
