Hi,
Did you check the analysis ?
VL02N --> Extras - Delivery Output - Item - Determ. Analysis (check Processing log too)

NACE -> Application V2 -> Select O/P type and Display
Check if "Access to conditions" is tick marked. Also in the output condition record check if partner function / partner are properly maintained.
Check also O/P determination analysis in the Output page of delivery. It should tell you why the O/P type is skipped.
For your delivery type get the output determination procedure that is assigned from TVLK table
TVLK-KALSM is o/p determination procedure assigned, where TVLK-LFART = Delivery type
Now go to NACE -> Select application V2 (Shipping) -> Click on Procedures -> Select O/P determination procedure assigned to your delivery type -> Click Control -> Goto O/P type -> Do F4 on the requirement assigned to your O/P type -> Select the requirement number 015 assigned to your O/P type -> Do F5 -> It will show the code of the requirement.
In the requirement code, if sy-subrc is set to non zero, for a condition then o/p type is not determined automatically. So that tells you the reason why you are not seeing automatic output
hi colleague,
1) in output determinaton procedure ensure your condition type has requirement 1 assigned
(LV61B001)
2) check note 358634. Check transaction VL10CUC and check the flag 'No Output
Determination' for your profile 2000. The flag must be clear for output
determination.
Im pretty sure you will get it !!

Output requirement 15 is "QUALITY CERTIFICATION GI POSTED". So unless this is done, you won't get the output type automatically.
If this requirement should not be there, you can remove it from the access sequence for the output type ZQCJ. After that you can determine the output automatically by setting it up in VV21 (but I think this part was already done).
Output requirement 015 is used to control whether to issue Quality certificate or not as the output.
That said, requirement 015 checks the following
1. Sub-items belonging to a batch split item , if any, on the delivery should not be batch split themselves. That is, the sub-items of a batch item should not have batch indicator (LIPs-CHARG) on themselves.
2. PGI must be completed
The output ZQCJ (I believe this outputs a Quality certificate?) will only come automatically if the above two conditions are satisfied.
thanks for this valuable answer.
now i am comoing with a new problem: i am able to print the the delivery item output ZQCJ .but i am not able to see the output condtion type ZQCJ in output screen(extra>delivery>item-->output).
But when i am going into analyses this conditon is determined and printed succfully.
would you kinldy help me to know ehy output type is not showing in output screen.
Thanks
