Dear Gurus,
we create sales document using reference form another sales document
our requirement is whenever we create subsequent document using reference form preceding document the reference item should be deleted automatically form preceding document as soon as the item is referred fully to subsequent document , how can i do this using standers config.
ex:-
source/preceding document has 2 material
M1 20 qty
M2 40 Qty
Target/Subsequent document has 1 item
M1 20 qty
so as soon as i created Subsequent document with M1 20 qty with referring source doc. item should be delete automatically from source doc. so only 1 item is renaming
source/preceding document
M2 40 Qty

Mahesh Fulse
Hi,
As per my knowledge this functionality is not there in standard SAP,while you creating the sale order with reference to existing one, which has more than one line item at the initial screen system will asks that whether you want to copy the to total line item or select,if you click on select you can choose line item which you want to copy in to the new sale order.

Ram

Dear Mahesh Fulse ,
Your requirement will lead to inconsistency.
Whats the reason for business to bring such a requirement?
Thanks & Regards,

In source, what is the relationship between M1 and M2? BOM?
In standard, you can modify copy control data transfer routine to fufil your requirements. Check VTAA ask ABAPer to modify it accordingly for the respective data transfer routine.
