Hi Experts,

When Iam trying to EDIT in Message Mapping it does not allowed to edit. This below message will displayed.

ERROR Executing when Display/Edit

Message Mapping: delivery_Mapping | http://testscenarios.com/SAP/TEST is already locked in change list Standard change list by user. If necessary, you can reassign the other users change list to yourself.

Hi,

first you unlock the the mapping.

on your home page i.e http://<host>:<J2EEport /dir/start/index.jsp, there will be a link named as 'Administration' open that link and then there you can look for LOCK OVERVIEW (for both ESR & ID sererately), use lock overview to unlock your objects.

Hi,

You will find it on your home page, where you try to login ESR and ID , top right side, u will find administration link

In ESR, go to change lists tab,

there you can activate your object under some change list.

assign change list on ur name and then u can edit/activate the mapping...

under change list tab->change list filter-> display filter ->and then assign

Hi,

antoher way to remove lock is,

go to abap PI stack login to PISUPER user, you can execute transaction code sm12, there you have option like list, just click on list, it shows the lock objects.

i think it will help you.

Under the change list my objects are not activated. How can i activate objects.. activate option is disabled..

Hi,

This may be because it is locked by you. You can go to administration link and unlock the object under the lock overview, then you can edit it.
