Dear Team

In a sales order, out of 10 line items, few line items are not picking the required price.

I have looked in to condition records , pricing procedure etc.. every thing looks fine.

Is there any other way to find out the solution for this Problem, If so please help me out.

Thanks

Hi Phani,

Double click on the line item go to condition tab there click on the analysis, through that you can know which condition values are not coming in to order and reason also.

Hi Medha

You can check the condition tab - > Analysis and get some information of pricing of line items (which condition record system picked).

Secondly if there is change in pricing condition records you will have old prices picked in the order. To have new pricing done for the line item, click the icon update present at the botom of item conditions and select suitable pricing type and have re-pricing done. You can use this to check if net value is getting changed for a line item where incorrect pricing had happened.

Thirdly Item pricing depends on item category. For example pricing of a finished good line with tan item category TAN defers form the pricing of the same material with item category TANN.

Hope this explains
