Mass Material extension to plants

Dear Sapguru,

I'm created one material.but now I have to extend it to other 5 plants.How can i do mass extension of material.

Pls guide.

Use MM50--- Extending Material Views

MM17 --- Mass maintenance of materials

Or U can use LSMW for creating the material master records.. You can also make use of BDC to extend material to other plants.

Hi,

LSMW is the ideal transaction for mass extension of material master to 5 plants. Create LSMW template in lsmw

Export all material masters in to template (excel). In excel you can plant specific data really easy.

Save back into notepad Reload into selected plant . Thanking you.
