Do I need to ready 'Java downtime' during upgrade support package ?

Dear All,

I'd like to know we have to ready Java downtime during upgrade SP from 6 to 27 in Solman system.

Now our system's version is 'Ehp1 SP6' and we have to upgrade SP until 27.

Please give me answer anyone who know about this.

Hi,

Yes, You need downtime of As ABAP as well with As Java because during upgrade many time system restarts.

Are you asking about downtime in As Java upgrade of your solman system ? Yes, you do need downtime for your As Java upgrade and downtime depends upon your system resources.
