Output not getting saved on the C-Drive

Hello,

I created a new output type however, the docs are not getting saved on the C-Drive while viewing / printing; which is possible with the old output type .

Could somebody walk me through to get the docs saved on C-Drive automatically once backed out after viewing / printing.

Hello,

Get the help of an ABAP expert and comapre the programs of the old and new output type. They will be able to help you.

Thank you all. ABAPers fixed it with additional coding.

I believe you have a customized design in old output type which is not cater in new output type.

You can check the setting in NACE for both output type if they are the same.

Then ask abaper to check the programs used for both the output types if they are different.

you didn't tell us the details...it is hard to guess..

you would just to compare the old and new outputs and find out the difference/reason.
