Permanent error in BPE inbound processing

Hi Experts,

My scenario is Proxy(Async)->RFC->Proxy(Async) with BPM , while i am triggering the message from sourse side in the MONI it is showing success but in the PI system MONI it is showing Succes flag with Inboud status is showing Green flag .

While i am checking that scheduling flag it is showing error like Permanent error in BPE inbound processing .

When i am going to checke the work flow of PE ,not showing the my BPM in that PE.

please clarify my problem , what might be the problem .please suggest what is the solution steps are required.

The potential issue could be a failure of the RFC call. Could you check?

Also, have you implemented error handling within your BPM? If so you should be able to get the exact cause of error.

Hi Sudeepth,

Go to SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING tcode and check if everything is green.

Also,check the following notes to guarantee:

#1126656 - BPE-TS: Permanent errors in the BPE inbound processing

#1040354 - BPE-TS: Unprocessed messages

Using local correlation, as suggest in note 1040354, may helps.

Do you see the return code 0 in the sxmb_moni for that message. I still think some config related to inbound processing in BPM might be missing. Try the transaction SWF_INB_CONF. Also see the below thread.
