Trusted Connection between MDM and PI

Hi

Can we have Trusted connections established between MDM 7.1 SP07 and PI 7.1 ?

We have an interface which looks up MDM tables using MDM JAVA API. Connection is all good it works fine when we pass the user id and Password, but the concern is when we have more records from our source systems multiple connections are getting established in MDM which is leading to a performance issue at MDM side.

So we thought of using Trusted connections, before doing that i like to have some inputs on PROs and CONs of using Trusted connections between MDM and PI.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

Even having a trusted connection, the number of concurrent connection will be more.

we need to look for come configuration option from MDM side.

You may also refer the MDM Security Guide 71 page 23 and also MDM Console Guide Page 303 for more details abt trusted connections.
