Inspection lot not generated after goods issued to production order

hi friend

i did 261 movment type against production order. but quality inspection lot is not generated .

kindly suggest me where i made mistake in configuration.

Hi

if u want inspection lot for those material which u have issued or consumed during ur production than u need to activate the 02 insspection type in material master w.r.t that material.

lot is created but it is not an stock relevant ok i hope u get the solution.

Ensure 02 Inspection type is active for the material issued to the production order.

Also note that it is non stock relevent inspection. No stock will be posted to Quality, only lot will be created.

Please explain us what steps you have followed.

1.when you release order( 03 inspection type")

2.When you confirm the Qty.( 04 inspection type) or Create material document in MB01/MB31

What Inspection Type U have Kept there u need to assign 02 & 03 that means while issuing the Goods it directly post in the Quality Inspection

And generating the lot u need to assign task list usage 6 i.e goods issue
