Problem Auction Workflow

Hi

Are there any standard workflow for Auction? I cant locate even 1 step approval for auction. I need to implement n step approval for Auction.

Helpful answers will be rewarded accordingly of course!

Hi Cindy,

There is no auction worflow.

Only bid and bid invitation workflows :

Bid WF :

WS79000010 – Without approval,

WS79000002 – One-step approval

WS14500044 - n-step approval

Bid invitation WF :

WS14500026 – Without approval,

WS14500027 – One-step approval

WS14500028 – n-step approval

WS14000091 – Alert workflow

WS14500035 – Monitoring workflow

We're also having the same requiremet here. So have you got anything in the auction workflow? Do you have workflow for auction creation?

Hi Cindy Sy,

what do you want to approve ? The auction creation itself or the winning quote ?

Supplier offers are converted into Bids once the auction is finished. Then the purchaser can approve and convert them into PO or Contract. The quote approval can trigger an approval WF (see Yann's list).
