Change option disabled for MIME Create entry

Hi Experts,

I need to add new entries in my MIME types but the 'create' icon is

missing and also the 'create' and 'change' options are disabled

under 'Table Entry' Menu. Thus I am not able to add the new MIME types.

Path : SMW0 - Check Binary data - execute - execute - Settings - maintain MIMI Types - Table Entry - Create (Disabled)

I tried to open the client once and try but then also it didnt appear.

Our User has SAP_ALL authorization and thus i suppose there is no

authorization problem in here.

Kindly suggest how can I now add the new MIME type

For me the issue got resolved by setting in SCC4: "Changes to repository and cross-client Customizing allowed" at Cross-Client Object Changes field.

Need to make the components modifiable via se06 also.
