inspection lot system status shows CRTD PASG

While running Calibration scenario in PM , Order generated with inspection lot.

But when we go for Change data for inspection lot system status shows CRTD PASG, its not in released state.

Hi,

In one of the case, This issue is due to wrong classification value maintained for class (018) in inspection plan at header (Extras => Classification=> Class & characteristics) level.

Pls call me in case of any issues.

Hi,

Create selected set for that particular plant and assighed that selected set and catalog in Plant level setting, in RR Tab.

and maintain inspection point 300, there, it solve ur prblm.

Pl check ur task list has been assigned to maintenace plan

Once u assign U will be need to manualy release the Inspection lot by using QA02.

You can go to QA02 and in the inspection specification Tab click on Task list push button , You may have to change the key date adjacent to the push button in same tab to say today's date. Since the specs are not got assigned to it.

Now go to sample tab and click on calculator.

Save your transaction Lot will be in REL state.

QA02 -->click on specificatin: This functionality is not available for Task list type A.

What you need to do is go to your maintainance plan :IP03 & against each item put the task list which you have cretaed in IA01 or IA04.

Also make sure that

1.You select the inspection point regarding plant mainatiance in Inspection plan header.

2.you should have sampling procedure pertaining to plant mainatiance in Inspection plan( against each char)

3.you should have valid task list before creation of Inspection lot.

4.you should have proper work ceter,cost center in the equipment master & Inspection plan.

Read the pervios threads carefully then only you will get this soluation.!!

You have to go to QS51 and create a new selected set for catalog 3 for the plant for which you wish to create. Please check in QS41 and QS51.

Check whether you have maintained Plant level setting for inspection point

SPRO-- >QM> Maintain setting for plant-> choose your plant---> result recording --> proposal for inspection point. Please maintain the selected sets here.
