hello expert, i have need help urgent.

We can not see the data of server node for perform introscope agent setup.

url smd ---> diagnostics setup ---> managed system ---> introscope agent

the setupwizard is done with warning message in java " Step E2E RFC Details

No data available for extractor activation. Please check product mapping and Software Components in SMSY"

but my definition that techical system is done.

The enterprise manager is running and sapisem02_*.sar was deploy in SDM

in managed system.

the system is defined in smsy as netweaver 04, logical component and

technical system is definied.

the sld is very important for this , I do sld synchronization between SLD solution manager and sld satellite.

the java stack must be registered in the sld: http://hostsolman:50000/sld

Hola Luis,

indeed, it is very important. I did a SolMan setup some years ago and I remember the problems I got with SLD . I am happy to hear that you solved the problem. About SLD, you can find great documentation under

Hello Luis,

please try the following

1. Enable Maintenance Mode on Diagnostics.

2. Deploy ISAGENTSMD_xx.SCA using SDM on the Solution Manager system

3. Disable Maintenance Mode on Diagnostics.

4. Launch the Introscope Setup application : Diagnostics Setup ->

Managed Systems -> Introscope Agent.

5) restart the managed system *

6) Run again "Managed system setup"

• if double stack, use SMICM transaction to restart

the managed system java engine

thank Srikishan, i do any change whit definition smsy, however show other error but server node not show for apply change and view it on workstation.

i do following:

1. Enable Maintenance Mode on SMD.

2. Deploy ISAGENTSMD*.SCA using SDM.

3. Disable Maintenance Mode on SMD.

but nothing happens even.
