Held status SC

Hi

please advice on below issue.

One user created the shopping cart and not ordered it as he kept the SC in 'HELD' status and the user left for vacation for one month. Now the issue is, this shopping carts should complete/order it on behalf-of of him immediately.

How could i do that ?

Is there any FM or any other way to complete this carts ?

Hello,

You can transfer this cart using FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER.

However, cart status will be inconsistent, since it will be kept as "held" and item status will be updated to follow on document created.

Thanks for your reply.

The FM 'BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER' made SC status from held to follow on document by skipping approval step as you said.

But, user needs approval step infact.....is any other FM for changing the SC status from 'Held' to 'Ordered' ?
