SRM - Display Confirmation "Specific" Filed

Hi Gurus,

I am facing a problem while displaying Confirmations on the Portal. When I choose to Display all confirmations for a certain user/PO, I get a list of all confirmations. The small report shows columns Conf. Number, Specific, Name, Ref. Document, Created By, Posting Date, Created On, Status, Action.

For one Confirmation, under column "Specific", I get the following Text: "Reversal Document".

How can I get this Text? How do I know the Confirmation refers to a "Reversal Document".

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Ernesto,

The Reversal Document is the Cancellation of a Confirmation. So if you cancel/delete a confirmation, you'll get this text under this column.

I don't know your SRM version, but if it's SRM 7.0, when you click on this confirmation you'll get the text "Display Cancellation" at the top of the screen instread of "Display Confirmation".
