GRC 5.3 SPM Log Report

**Hello SDN**

I am not able to get the Reports below in SPM (Super Privilege Management) in the front end java

Transaction Usage Report

Log Report***

I scheduled Background Job /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK in the back end but when i executed Log report in the back end it is throwing message like BACKGROUND JOB WAS NOT SCHEDULED/LOG & FILE NOT YET GENERATED

When i check the status of /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK it is only in two states release and finshed and i am not seeing it as active

Please do a general search in Notes and you will find multiple notes on this issue.

Few tips

1) you can schedule multiple jobs with longer time period. That way if one job fails other can pick up the results.

2) Indexing proper table - Please look at the OSS notes.

3) Schedule the job with variants so that it looks only for the SPM IDs (assuming you have ID based set up), it will help with performance.

Check this notes:

SAP Note 1039144 - Superuser job is not completing or is not retrieving data.

SAP Note 966309 - Contents of table TCOLL in SAP_BASIS 700

Additionally, check if transaction SPAD /STAT are working correctly.
