You can list quotations for a Sales area using VA25. Check the status field in the report, that should tell you whether the quote is converted to subsequent document or not

Hi,

In case your business process starts from quotation then you dont find quotation number in VBFA-VBELV in case the quotation is not converted into order.

Check this logic for your report

VBAP-VBLEN (Quotation Number) = VBFA-VBELV

If VBFA-VBELN is not initial, then quotation is converted. VBFA-VBLEN is orer number.

There is no standard report for this. So, you need to prepare a one.

Use Table VBAK & VBFA.

Get the list of Quot from VBAK and pass them to VBFA to get Follow-on doc (VBELN not equal to '0').

For this you can prepare a query b/w those table for your desired result or take assistance of an ABAPer to create 'Z' report.
