Budget not available on CJ30 after assignments and initial distribution

Hello

I have make investment position, assigned it to a project. I have also distributed the same thru Im30 and IM52. After that when i goto cj30 for distributuin on lower level I can not access it. It gives the messsage "Overall budget and/or annual budget cannot be processed" ( Message no. AP068 ). You are maintaining budget values for one or more measures (orders or WBS elements). The overall budget and/or the annual budget are not available for input.

Need Help in this respect. Thanks.

Hi

Please check OPS9 budget profiles for IM. Please check if the annual and total values indicator are ticked.

Please check both the indicators and you will be able to execute CJ30.

Maybe you already know it but just in case:

WBS elements budget must be equal or bigger to all the budget of their subordinate WBS elements.

Check your Budget profile in OPS9, If annual values is triggered, this type of warning message will come.

There will not be distribution of Overall budget value in CJ30 with the above setting.
