Service Desk Configuration for Solman 7.1 SP8

I am in a process of configuring service desk on Solman 7.1 SP8.

and I suppose It has changed considerably as of last release.

Would request the experts to share a step by step document.

Are you sure that you use Solution Manager 7.1 SPS8?

The current SPS of SAP Solution Manager is SPS 3.

Check latest service desk configuration guide on SMP, you can use whatever latest guide is available.
