JRE 6u29 issues

Hello,

Just a quick note to let you know that jdk-jre 6 update 29 has been causing a lot of issues on both 32 (XP) and 64 bits (windows 7) systems:

- Loads of dump files on the desktop

- Impossibility to run the applets in the WebPages

etc...

Uninstalling the Jre-jdk and re-installing jre-jdk 6 update 26 solved the issue.

Obviously, disable autoupdate for the time being....

you not need to uninstall the JRE for getting working the applets. See link below:

Thanks Pedro, strangely I did not faced the path issue. the one I had was conflict and exception with java awt component...

therefore I tried a different graphical card and also other operating system but the problem was still there.

I'll give a try to the 1.6.30 but for the meanwhile 1.26 is working fine so I'll probably stick to it for the moment.
