System greyed out in NWBC

Hi Experts,

I am trying to assign the owners and firefighter in NWBC, but the system coloumn is greyed out and my connector ( system connected to my GRC system seems to be not picked)

I have created connector, set the connector setting and integrated with SUPMG , and I have also run the job GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC successfully and defined the ACCESS OWNERS too.

I have checked all the parameter settings in both connected system and GRC system everything is defined as suggested in postinstalltion guide.

cant get my head around what has gone wrong , any thoughts ?

Hello Olivier,

Considering you have checked all the connectors and the cofiguration steps, the only thing that can cause this are the roles assigned to the user. Thus it might be worth to have a look at the roles. Not all standard ones are correct and you might be missing some objects.
