Trigering Smartform

Hi All,

Can anybody help me how to trigger Smartform in SRM from SAP SRM GUI?I need to check the PO form.

there is a standard Smartform available named BBP_PO.

Make changes to that or create new form as per your requirement.

Then in SPRO SRM>Cross application basic settings>Set output actions and output format define actions for purchase order output and give the form details.

Hi Reddy,

I can see only "Define action for document output" in the SPRO.

but from SRM gui how to trigger the form for a perticular PO number.

how do i put a break point in the driver pgoram to check the system beheavious in the runtime.
