Change in customer master data

Hello Experts,

Greetings.

I have two customer codes whereby If I want to change any master data for them,It throws me following error.

System error in routine 'ZAV_VERBUCHUNG'

Please suggest what could be the problem?

This error may be associated with integrity error for this customer base.

Open a call to the component analysis and correction LO-MD-BP-CM.

You can even try by maintaining/assigning a title to both the customer and the contact peson.

Thanks.

From out of two customer codes,for one customer code I m able to change the master data after assigning the title to customer.

But for another remaining one it still behaves the same way.

Refer SAP Note 186910 - Customers / vendors with incorrect address.

There are mention of some report that check and fix these kind of inconsistencies.

If contact person is maintained, then for that also, try to maintain a title.

Try execute the report (Tcode SE38) ZRSADRADRV in test mode to check inconsistencies. If there are any inconsistencies, then again execute the report (in non test mode) to fix the inconsistencies.

Please refer SAP Note 186910 - Customers / vendors with incorrect address.

You might need to create ZRSADRADRV report. To that follow the SAP Note.

This note says, Symptom - Customers (table KNA1) or vendors (table LFA1) point to addresses (table ADRC) without a where-used list (table ADRV) or to addresses that do not exist. In addition to this, customers or vendors point to addresses with incorrect where-used lists.

Kindly follow the solution mention in SAP note for your cause.
