hi,

Through chosse filed (F5) select the field "Project cost sch 000" This will give you total plan cost.

But This will give the all planned cost including the cost planned on activities also. There is no seperate filed to give cost planned on WBS manually in CJ40.

For that you have to go CJ41 abd see that.

check your version for your planning in CJ40 is 0 or 1

If 0 then field is Project cost sch 000 and if 1 then Project cost sch 001

Please check your project date and period of planning in the cj40 . if they are in future , cn41 will only show the data of as on date. please check that.

Thanking you

HI Pradeep,

if i am using version 0 than this is showing "You must not use version 0".

Project cost sch 000 is showing cost planned under network activity and Project cost sch 001 shows cost planned via cj40.

this should be shown under one of these for all cost planned.

Please suggest.

Thanks

Sunil

May be some validation / enhancement to do manual planning only in version 1. Could you please post the error message number here.

Hi,

there is no field in CNS41 which shows the combined planned value which is planned in different version i.e. 0 and 1

you have to select the two different columns. If you want to combine them then you have to develop the customized report.

For version 0 you are getting the message - please check if this version is maintained for for the planning / planning year or or any validation for the same take help from CO consultant.

Hi,

This is standard message and error itself says that version 0 is not maintained for the planning. please check this version is set for the planning. Aslo check if any delta version setting is maintained for the same.

To eliminate the error you have to allow this version for planning.

Take the help from CO consultant or check the confign in Create CO version under cost if you are comforatble with the setting to maintained for the version.

Hi Sunil,

SAP Note 148971 should help clarify the behaviour.
