Bandwidth utilization of GUI / BSP

Can someone please help me with the below...

1. Is it possible / good to program and enable BSP related access for all SAP functionality?

2. What would consume more bandwidth GUI based access / HTML based access ?

3. Which would be faster (GUI/HTML).

Please refer SAP note 62418 - Network Load of SAPGUI Frontend Communication to provide rough cut idea on the bandwidth consumption.

1. Is it possible / good to program and enable BSP related access for all SAP functionality?

Not recommended to enable BSP for all SAP functionality. You need to discuss the exact requirement why you need BSP.

2. What would consume more bandwidth GUI based access / HTML based access ? 

GUI will consume more bandwidth as compare to HTML access considering the fact that you are accessing same screens using both the protocols. HTML is lighter as compared to GUI.

3. Which would be faster (GUI/HTML).

Since HTML is lighter it would be definitely faster than GUI.
