nothing being displayed in Document Viewer for 720 gui user via Webportal

advises that he is trying to view invoices in SAP MyBusiness on WIN 7 _ have attached a screenshot nothing appears in Document viewer for sap 720 on windows 7, he migrated a few weeks ago.

and it keeps stalling the browser

proxied - cleared the caches

no change

cannot run the document viewer in Mybusiness via webportal

does not open the docs to view - does not seem to recognise the file type

cannot check file types as connection extermely slow any ideas ?

Can you please raise a message regarding this issue after testing with the latest SAPGUI 7.20 patch 11.

If the issue occurs after updating the patch, please prepare an open WTS conenction with exact steps to recreate the issue.

This is now effecting 2 users and 1 of the suers logged onto another computer and the problem still occurs , sounds like a profile or file association or something else issue with sap 720 gui on windows 7 ? Any ideas?

We are experiencing the same issue with all our users that have recently migrated to Win 7, SAP GUI 7.20 patch 4. Have you tried loading the latest patch available? Or it might be a missing option in the install. I'd try these things but the people who look after our IT are still investigating. Let me know if you found a fix.
