NWDI and expiring passwords

Former Member

We have set up an NWDI infrastructure and we have the problem, that the passwords of the users (slddsuser etc.) are expiring every 60 days (as configured in the UME).

How it is possible to change this on a per user basis? The USERS (= developers) should change their passwords but all other necessary users shouldn't be urged to do that, otherwise you will run into other problems (note 896427) later - and doing a re-setup every 60 days is not appropriate.

Any hints are appreciated.

Hi Markus,

you may have a look at this thread. I think it solves your problem. You have to get to NW04s SP9 though...

Cheers

We are on 7.00 already - so this shouldn't be an issue. Thank you for the information, although we need to update all our instances to get this running.
