PI Change List defaulting to DEFAULT_CL_NAME instead Standard Change List

Hi experts,

Do you know why for an user in my company, whenever she change an object in design /config the change list name is changed to DEFAULT_CL_NAME and for others are normal as Standard Change List.

Look for your seetings.. You might have set the technical name instead of field names.

Where to check the user's setting? I went to Tools>Personal setting in Dir I cant find if his is following technical name or field name.
