Cannot print due to security settings

I developed an Adobe Form to print picking list. I can see the form in Print Preview mode, but I cannot issue an output to the printer because the print option (File --> Print) is disabled.

When I click the Security Settings button (lock symbol) the top-left side of the panel, it says "This document has an open password or a modify password. You cannot print this document."

What should I do to enable printing? Thank you.
