Customer Master - Activation of CIN Data

Dear Gurus,

I had added my user ID in OMT3E to activate CIN Details. The CIN Details Icon is seen in the customer master record. but, when i click it, the details are not displayed. Pls suggest as to what i need to do to get the details.

In normal circumstances, if you update any CIN data in customer master, it will be updated automatically in J1ID and vice versa. Hence, check in J1ID whether you are able to update.

Still the problem is not solved. The CIN Tab is not showing details.

Hi

After the assignment using T Code OMT3E; here select the Tab on left "User Screen reference". Now add your User id and mark as * (in the second column).

After doing this, then go to

XD02, enter Customer number, Company code, sales area and now enter then system will open the CIN Tab.

***If you do not enter company code in the initial screen, CIN Tab will not appear.

I have tried this myself and replying to you, just check, if it works, award points please (Of course as Lakshmipathi has said, you should maintain the details also in J1ID, so data will automatically populate for the customer in the CIN Details Tab.
