Printer problem

i have defined a printer on SAP, the mark is Ricoh con. when the user printig he has a one line in the paper with the code like @ :!! .

could you help me please

Hi,

Try to generate the error again, once the error get generated goto Tcode ST11 and check the log of SPOOL work process, where you will get the exact error , why the problem is getting while printing, share the same log on forum.

Hi,

Did you look at the output in SP01 to see if it was showing those characters before printing?

With not much to go on here, I would venture to guess it's a driver issue.

Thank you Michael for your response,

when i verify at SP01 the page is correctly printed but in the status its marked (completed(problem)) in red color.

NB: we print in a client transaction.
