Authorization required in Satellite System

Dear all,

We are configuring Solution Manager 7.1. Before that we need to inform the authorization team about the various authorization required in a Satellite system(ECC system) for performing monitoring, root cause analysis etc

Can anyone say or refer about what all the authorizations are required in a satellite system..?
