Value mapping problem

Hi,

I am getting below error when i am trying to make new entry in Value mapping.

Value mapping already exists

t1 | t1

T1 | t1

Do you want to delete it from the existing group and assign it to the current group instead?

I have Agency A and B

Value for A :T1 & t1

Value for B: t1& t1

Is there any way that we can maintain above entry in value mapping?

Hi,

Open the existing Value mapping group. Add T1 & t1 values for Agency A, and only one t1 for Agency B.

Let me know if this works.
