quoting in different unit of measurement for the rfx

Hi Gurus,

We are in srm7 , we want to give the bidders the facility of quoting in different unit of measurement. is it possible ( stantdard functionality )?? how we can achieve it ?

(ex. In Rfx, unit of measurment of a material is KG , but vendor wants to quote in the unit as LITER while responding to the rfx )
