Hi,
I am using the functionality of rule set, rule condition etc in SAP Event management and since I am using SCEM for 1st time hence I have the following question
a) For SCEM implementation what are the questions we need to ask the client on rule sets, alert notification, rule condition.
b) Secondly what are the step by step config we need to do so that the above functionality is implemented .Plz do not refer help.sap.com

to 1: You should ask the customer which actions should happen when different event messages are processed. Without knowing your scenario it is difficult to give advice here. Actions could be Alerts, Status changes etc.
to 2: For examples please refer to the delivered visibility processes. You can find descriptions and config guides in the SAP Service Marketplace under SCM-> Event Management.
